The Rose & Crown in Knutsford Cheshire has been dated from as early as 1671, and is a grade two listed building. As Knutsford was a coaching town, so the Rose & Crown was a favourite stop-over for many a traveller centuries ago. In modern times The Rose & Crown has stayed a firm favourite, providing a pub area with the highest quality cask ales, Belgian beers, and a huge range of spirits and fine wines!
The Restaurant sources locally raised produce and livestock and uses seasonality as a menu guide. Then there are Nine guest bedrooms for visitors to stay and enjoy. The building has seen many others come and go, but has stood strong in the centre of this hugely popular tourist town. With the large gardens of Tatton park minutes away and the cities of Manchester and Liverpool a short drive, Knutsford and The Rose & Crown have serviced locals and visitors alike for hundreds of years, and long may they do so!
